"Simplemente Uruguay", paints a realistic picture of this country’s simplicity, well aligned priorities and quality of life. The smallest Hispanic country in South America, Uruguay is presently ranked by the United Nations as the ninth greenest and most livable country in the world behind Sweden and Denmark.
This movie was produced by the Latin American Information Forum in the beginning of 2009 as a tribute to Uruguay and its people for its distinguished freedom of the press as ranked by Reporters Without Borders and its lowest corruption in Latin America tied with Chile as ranked by Transparency International.
